School Direct Initial Teacher Training is an exciting opportunity for graduates who show a real passion for pursuing a career in teaching.
Ealing Primary Teaching School Alliance offers the School Direct route into the profession in Primary KS1 and KS2 for September 2017. We offer an unsalaried route for recent graduates.

We are looking for ambitious, enthusiastic and high-achieving graduates who show a demonstrable passion for working with young people and have a wide range of skills, knowledge, experiences and an aptitude for teaching.
In 2016 – 2017 we are working with two Training Providers; St Mary’s University, Twickenham for KS1 and KS2 and Roehampton University for the EYFS route.
From 2017 we will be working with St Mary’s University, Twickenham for Primary KS1 and KS2.
We are committed to ensuring that all trainees are able to benefit from the experience and expertise of the very best practitioners making it an excellent place to train and gain employment once qualified.
Our training locations and placement schools are locally based across Ealing – applicants must be happy to travel.
